Exploring Two Techniques with Hunkydory’s Ink & Twist - Layered Flowers Mask

 Hello, creative friends!

Today, I’m sharing two vibrant cards created using the For the Love of Masks - Ink & Twist - Layered Flowers by Hunkydory. I experimented with two different techniques, and the results are absolutely stunning!

Card 1 - Yellow & Green (Embossing Mat Technique)

I used an embossing mat for this card to achieve a raised flower effect. Before placing the mask onto the cardstock, I covered it with Prism inks in shades of yellow and green. This technique adds a soft yet dynamic texture, making the flowers stand out.

Card 2 - Pink & Purple (Gel Medium Resist Technique)

For the second card, I applied gel medium through the stencil, allowing it to dry completely before adding layers of Prism ink. The gel medium creates a resist effect, allowing the vibrant background to shine while preserving the delicate floral design.

Both of these methods give unique and beautiful results—one more subtle and embossed, the other bold and full of contrast! Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!

Happy crafting!
