Today, I’m sharing a delicate and elegant wedding card that shimmers beautifully in the light! I used the Layering Scalloped Florals stencil from Hunkydory, embossed on vellum for that soft and intricate look. The background was stamped and enhanced with Prism Pearlescent Powders, adding a subtle glow that’s just perfect for a special occasion.
