Christmas in Summer: Card 10 – “Comfort & Peace”
Hello and welcome to the final card in my “Christmas in Summer” series!
Today’s project is all about bold colour, texture, and a touch of elegance. The bright red background with embossed stars brings festive cheer, while the layered Christmas tree - stamped in vibrant green and lightly accented - adds that warm, classic holiday feeling. I added vellum with stamped pine branches and berries to give a soft, frosted look behind the focal point. The sentiment “Wishing you comfort & peace” is heat embossed in white on a strip of metallic cardstock, making it shine beautifully.
This card may be part of a summer crafting session, but it holds all the coziness and heart of a true winter greeting. It’s a lovely reminder that it’s never too early (or too warm!) to start spreading festive joy.
Thanks for following along with this 10-card journey. I hope it’s inspired you to get creative this summer - with a little snow and sparkle in your heart!
Let me know which card was your favourite!
