Woodland Whispers – A Seasonal Card with Pinecones & Texture

 Hello lovely crafters,

Autumn is in full swing, and I couldn’t resist diving into those warm, earthy tones for today’s card. I used the Autumn Winter Pinecones Craft Cutting Die Set from @polkadoodles - it’s perfect for layering seasonal elements like pine branches, acorns, and leaves.

For the background, I blended Distress Oxide inks through the Woodgrain stencil to create a soft, rustic forest feel. The sentiment “Greetings of the season” adds a gentle festive touch, and I kept the colour palette rich with yellows, greens, and browns to reflect that golden autumn glow.

There’s something so comforting about working with autumn colours and textures - this card came together like a walk through the woods.
