Sending Sunshine with Petal Roses & the New William Morris–Inspired Inks

 Hello everyone again today,

For today’s project, I used the Petal Roses embossing folder from the A Year in Bloom 2026 series, together with the new Cloud 9 inks inspired by William Morris from Lisa Horton Crafts. I started with a warm, blended background - the colours flow into each other beautifully and create a soft, glowing base. Once embossed, the texture brought out every petal and leaf, giving the whole panel a bright, summery feel.

I created two cards from the same background, each with a slightly different tone. The design is simple and uplifting, with a clean sentiment to let the florals shine.

A lovely way to send a bit of sunshine.
