The Show Begins – Interactive Theatre Card Featuring Classy Cat

Hello everyone!

Today I’m sharing something a little different – a theatrical card that brings the spotlight to one of my favourite stamp sets from Hunkydory: Classy Cat.

This elegant feline is dressed to impress, and I knew right away she deserved her own stage. So I created an interactive theatre-style card with opening curtains to reveal the star of the show.

The background is made from Scorable paper, and I’ve added gold mirror cardstock for a touch of drama. The curtains were hand-scored and shaped to give them a realistic look, and I added a tiny golden embellishment to mimic a curtain hold-back. The star of the card – the stamped image – was coloured using watercolour markers for a soft yet detailed finish.

I absolutely love how this one turned out – it’s playful, stylish, and perfect for anyone who enjoys a little theatrical flair in their crafting.
