Shaker Box Duo – Featuring the “Layering Fair Isle Pattern” Stencil
Hello crafty friends!
I’m so excited to share two festive shaker cards I created using the Layering Fair Isle Pattern stencil from the latest release. This stencil is made up of four layering masks, which allowed me to build up rich, dimensional designs full of holiday charm.
Both cards are shaker boxes, each with its own unique twist:
- The first card features a bauble design made with acetate, showcasing the layered stencil pattern with clarity and elegance. For the background, I used the Patterned Presents embossing folder, which added extra texture and a playful gift-themed touch.
- The second card uses vellum, wrapped around the card with a stamped pattern. Inside the shaker, there are loose tiny stars that move freely and add sparkle.
For the backgrounds, I used scoring paper, and the designs were brought to life with Prism Ink.
The Layering Fair Isle Pattern stencil adds a cozy, Nordic-inspired feel with its trees, stars, and zigzag motifs. I kept the color palette festive and warm, using gold, pink, red, and green. Embellishments like gold studs, ribbons, and embossed textures helped elevate the handmade charm.
Thank you for stopping by.
